Exposed brick, built-in 60 inch screen and easy indoor-outdoor flow. Our most flexible space for casual gatherings and relaxed corporate functions, with canapes and substantials.
An intimate private dining room where everyone feels connected. Exposed brick, full AV and a table run from appetisers to dessert. The room for a private dinner that should feel special.

Why Malt Dining
Malt Dining sits inside a Georgian building from 1864, three levels of exposed brick, whisky bar and private cellar in the middle of the CBD. It is a working restaurant first, which is exactly why the functions land.
Your guests eat modern Australian food cooked close to source by our kitchen, not a reheated banquet menu. And every function is run by a team who does this every week.
